First time I saw Soul Inc. was at St. Rita's in Okolona in the early sixties.
I will never forget that thrill.

We always went to the band battles of which one in particular was drawing so much current, the fuses kept blowing and everything went dark each time!

I still wish to see them or a subset of Soul Inc, with Wayne Young.

I've been a fan since the first time I eard you guys in Winchester, Ky.
back in the mid 60's and still have " Stronger Than Dirt", and "60 Miles High" single. Absolutely the BEST band to ever come out of Louisville- would love to hear Wayne and Frank rockin' again!

Some Duke of Louisville news. The ol' Duke, Bill Bailey, is recovering from a stroke he suffered some time ago. Bailey used to shill for Soul Inc. on his top rated radio show. He also acted as mc at a lot of Soul Inc. shows. Bill would like to receive cards and letters from his fans. He is currently in Friendship Manor nursing home. The address is:

William Boahn (AKA Bill Bailey)

Thinking back and remembered WKLO and WAKY and the Last Exit....a "night club" in the basement of the First Presbyterian Church here in Seymour....and remembered Soul, Inc....where can I buy a CD or recording of this and other tunes from your playlist....I think y'all might have played at my After Prom in 1972 or 73.....

Thanks......

Just wanted to let Frank know that I've been listening to the new CD from his band, Six Bit Silver, and it rocks!! It has some of the best guitar work I've heard in a long time (no surprise to Soul Inc. fans) and sounds great in my car with the volume turned up high. For any curious Frank Bugbee fans, the CD is called "Mariachi High" and you can order it at http://3-mt.com. I appreciate the new music, and hope there's more to come.
